Shipping Policy

At Nunu Apparel, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including efficient and reliable shipping. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and provides you with the details of your purchase. Disclaimer: If you did not receive any updates regarding your purchase order, which means it is currently still being processed.

Order Processing: We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible! Please note that since all our products are preorder-based and shipped via sea freight to keep costs low (allowing you to shop freely and affordably, just as you deserve), typical processing times range from 9-15 working days.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to sea freight delays (e.g., warehouse or port issues), processing times may be extended. Rest assured, we’re working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible!

📦 Order Tracking Update

Once the tracking number is issued, our team will begin picking and packing the items currently in stock from your order. As soon as the pending item arrives and is reserved for you, it will be dispatched immediately without further delay.

Since all our products are preorder-based, orders typically take 9-15 working days to ship, provided if courier remains on track. The tracking number provided will be reactivated once the parcel is scanned by the courier driver during pickup.

Please note that all pre-order items are specifically ordered from our manufacturer based on your purchase. As such, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or any changes to size or address are not permitted once an order has been placed.

Refunds (if applicable) 

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund in the form of a promo code will be provided to you. There’s no minimum purchase required, no expiry date, and the voucher is for one-time use on.

Additionally, we kindly note that we do not accommodate rush orders, as all our products are preorder-based and shipped via sea freight. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, there are instances where delays may be beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Nunu Apparel is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.

Lost or Damaged Orders: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please note that we do our best to ensure your orders are shipped promptly and reach you in the best condition. However, once an item leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Any issues related to lost or damaged items should be reported to the shipping carrier. 

Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping to West Malaysia, East Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Brunei and Indonesia. 
 
Shipping Fees:
  • West Malaysia: A shipping fee of RM4.90 will be applied to orders below RM148. Orders totaling RM148 or more will qualify for free shipping.
  • East Malaysia: For deliveries to East Malaysia, a shipping fee of RM22.90 will be charged.
  • Singapore: Shipping to Singapore is available for a flat fee of RM20 per order.
