Shipping Policy
At Nunu Apparel, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including efficient and reliable shipping. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and provides you with the details of your purchase.
Order Processing: We strive to process all orders promptly. Typically, order processing takes 9-15 working days as we have switched to a preorder-based system and ship via sea freight to keep prices as low as possible. Please note that during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to sea freight warehouse and port issues, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number. Please note that receiving a tracking number indicates that your order is in the final stages of preparation for shipment or is already on its way. In some cases, we may send the tracking number before the actual dispatch to expedite the shipping process during high order volumes.
Pre-order Items: If your order contains pre-order items, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. In such cases, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items arrive in our inventory. If you do not receive any updates within 3-4 working days, it is likely that your order includes a pre-order item. We appreciate your patience and will ship your order as soon as the pre-order items become available.
Please note that all pre-order items are specifically ordered from our manufacturer based on your purchase. As such, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or any changes to size or address are not permitted once an order has been placed.
Additionally, we do not accommodate rush orders as all products are preorder-based, and we rely heavily on sea freight for shipping.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Nunu Apparel is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
Lost or Damaged Orders: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please note that we do our best to ensure your orders are shipped promptly and reach you in the best condition. However, once an item leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Any issues related to lost or damaged items should be reported to the shipping carrier.
- West Malaysia: A shipping fee of RM5.90 will be applied to orders below RM148. Orders totaling RM148 or more will qualify for free shipping.
- East Malaysia: For deliveries to East Malaysia, a shipping fee of RM22.90 will be charged.
- Singapore: Shipping to Singapore is available for a flat fee of RM20 per order.
