Shipping Policy

At Nunu Apparel, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including efficient and reliable shipping. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and provides you with the details of your purchase.

Order Processing: We strive to process all orders promptly. Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number. Please note that receiving a tracking number indicates that your order is in the final stages of preparation for shipment or is already on its way. In some cases, we may send the tracking number before the actual dispatch to expedite the shipping process during high order volumes.

Pre-order Items: If your order contains pre-order items, this will be clearly indicated on the product page. In such cases, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items arrive in our inventory. If you do not receive any updates within 3-4 working days, it is likely that your order includes a pre-order item. We appreciate your patience and will ship your order as soon as the pre-order items become available.

Value Buys Category: Please note that all products under the Value Buys category are pre-order only, with an expected shipping time of 7-15 business days, provided that sea freight courier schedules are maintained. Delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 

Please note that all pre-order items are specifically ordered from our manufacturer based on your purchase. As such, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or any changes to size or address are not permitted once an order has been placed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Nunu Apparel is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.

Lost or Damaged Orders: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. Please note that we do our best to ensure your orders are shipped promptly and reach you in the best condition. However, once an item leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Any issues related to lost or damaged items should be reported to the shipping carrier. (While Nunu Apparel does not bear responsibility for such incidents, we will assist you in filing a claim with our courier service, Ninja Van. Please note that Ninja Van covers losses or damages up to a maximum of RM200.)  

Shipping Locations:
We currently offer shipping to West Malaysia, East Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Brunei and Indonesia. 
 
Shipping Fees:
  • West Malaysia: A shipping fee of RM5.90 will be applied to orders below RM129. Orders totaling RM129 or more will qualify for free shipping.
  • East Malaysia: For deliveries to East Malaysia, a shipping fee of RM24.90 will be charged.
  • Singapore: Shipping to Singapore is available for a flat fee of RM18 per order.
