We want you to love your Nunu purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it better.

3-Day Return Window
To ensure we can best assist you, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. (w.e.f 18 Nov 2025).

Here's How We Can Help:
• Message @nunu.apparel on Instagram/ WhatsApp: Tap the WhatsApp icon in the bottom right corner to start a chat with us directly!
• Complete our simple return form 🔗 NUNU APPAREL RETURN REQUEST FORM with 3-5 photos of the item.
• Ship the item back to us with a tracking number within 3 working days from the date you received your order.
• Review Process:
As soon as we receive your submitted form, our team will review your request. If all requirements are met, we will contact you to confirm the next steps and proceed with your return.

Please note: Without submitting the return form, we will not be able to proceed with the return process.

What to Know:
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• For your protection, we recommend using tracked shipping
• Returns are refunded as store credits with no expiration
• Please note that the following items are not eligible for return, Intimates, Accessories, Items marked as Final Sale.
• We strongly urge customers to fulfil the returns request within the stipulated time frame to ensure validity. No extensions will be allowed due to system limitations. 
• Any return requested after the timeframe will not be accepted.
• In addition, minor dots or small dirt marks within 1–2 cm are not considered defects.
• Return shipping fees will not be covered by us.

Return Process Summary (3 Working Days)

The full return process, including submitting your request and shipping the item back, must be completed within 3 working days of receiving your order.

We recommend the following timeline for a smooth experience:

  • Day 1: Contact us on the same day you receive your parcel or the next day.
  • Day 2: If you’re not satisfied, please proceed to lodge your return request by submitting the form.
  • Day 3: Once approved, we will provide the warehouse return address, and you may ship the item back with a tracking number.

For example, if the item is delivered on 3 November, customers must complete all three required steps by 5 November.

Items returned after the deadline or without meeting the stated conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Nunu Apparel reserves the rights to reject any returns should the required conditions not be fulfilled. You will be responsible to arrange for your own delivery service to retrieve the items back.
: RM8.90 (West Malaysia) and RM22 (East Malaysia/ SG).

Our Promise:
Once we receive your return, we'll process your store credits within 5 business days. These credits never expire and can be used toward anything in our collection.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges, items must be returned in resalable, like-new condition. Once returned, you can place a new order for your preferred item.

We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make things right. While we maintain this timeframe to ensure the best service for all customers, we'll always do our best to work with you within these guidelines.
